Frequently Asked Questions

1. how does content creation work?

However you want it to – we are here to facilitate your vision. We have a discovery call with our clients before every weeding to align on vision and objectives. This way, when the day arrives, we can seamlessly deliver.  Once the content has been captured, we edit the photos and videos and share them with you via a Dropbox link for easy download.

2. Do you travel AND IS THERE A FEE?

We can travel anywhere and everywhere! For locations within 50km of Geelong, The Surf Coast and Melbourne, travel is included in our packages. However, any weddings outside this 50km radius will incur an additional $0.80 per km fee.

3. What is your cancellation policy?

In the event of a cancellation by the client, any payments made up to the cancellation date (three weeks prior to wedding date) are non-refundable.

4. HOW IS THE CONTENT DELIVERED?

Content is delivered via a Dropbox link, which will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours post-wedding. This link remains available to you for three months.
